Room rentals are available at BEAM and other campus locations to help increase your brand on campus. Whether it’s for an information session, event, or interviews, there are several on-campus spaces that will fit your needs.
Our center has a number of rooms specifically designed for interviewing. Each private room features a white board; rooms are available during our regular business hours at the rate of $200 per day. Rooms are not confirmed until payment is received and refunds are not issued. Registration is first come first served, and typically opens in June (Partners may register in May).

On-Campus events are a great way to show students what it is like to work for your company. Ways to do so include panels, simulations, projects, and career exploration meetups.
