Working at the State Department and in the Foreign Service - A career chat over dinner with Tina Wong, Economic Officer, Agricultural Policy Office, State Department SIG State Department summer intern June Lee will also share her experiences from her summer internship! Tina Wong covers agricultural trade issues and negotiations with Northeast Asia and China and at the World Trade Organization. She started her State Department career as an intern before joining the civil service and then the foreign service. She is a member of the board of the Asian American Foreign Affairs Association and actively serves on State Department diversity & inclusion councils and affinity groups, encouraging minorities to join the foreign and civil service.
